Exit Performances
Accompanying our sit-down paper and pencil final exams, we offer our freshman the chance to show what they have learned another way. Exit Performances allow students to show learning in a semi-formal, small group setting at the end of the year. Each student is graded on a rubric that covers the four content areas of English, Math, Science and World Studies as well as Concept of the Month and Search for Identity. A panel of peers, educators and community members make up panels of between five and seven people. Click here to read an article written in 2011 in the American Journal.
